8. Consultation Terms

Consultation does not create a continuing advisory relationship unless a separate service engagement is confirmed.


9. Communication

Communication may happen through phone, email, WhatsApp, website forms, video calls, document links or other agreed channels.

The client is responsible for checking messages, emails and document requests regularly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by non-response, incomplete replies, unread communication or incorrect contact details provided by the client.


10. Document Submission

Documents may be submitted through WhatsApp, email, upload links or other methods.

Clients should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information unless requested for the relevant service.

By sharing documents, the client authorizes us to use those documents for the requested professional work.
